The wellness centers provide education, mentoring, monitoring, incentives and access to activities to promote exercise, nutrition and overall improved health, including aerobics, weight training, etc.
The facilities are open to the public for a fee. Children must be 12 years of age or older to use equipment.

All locations are open:
Monday - Thursday, 5:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday, 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - Noon
Closed Sunday and federal holidays

The Moccasin Trails Program provides assessments, health education, healthy cookbooks, exercise demonstrations and incentives to encourage overall health. Currently, more than 300 participants are enrolled in the program.
