The Chickasaw Nation Division of Health in Tishomingo provides a variety of health services.
This is an appointment-based clinic offering outpatient family practice medicine including dental, eye clinic, behavioral health, laboratory testing, x-ray, pharmacy, WIC and periodic specialty clinics.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Closed from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on the second Friday of each month.
The Pharmacy hours are 9:00 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Optometry
- Offer eye exams to adults and children
- Full eye exams
- Diabetic Field Testing
- Offer arrangement of glasses or frames to patients
- Refer patients to ophthalmologists within the tribe
- Optometry accepts appointments for adults and children the last Friday of each month
