About
The Chickasaw Nation Aviation and Space Academy (CNASA) was established in the summer of 2003. CNASA is a learning program to prepare our youth for the future. CNASA is designed to inspire national excellence and to motivate and challenge the vision, talent, and energies of Chickasaw young people to pursue careers in science and technology.
Chickasaw students interested in these fields are encouraged to attend. CNASA is an action packed week of flying in simulators, learning different avenues of science, building rockets and making new friends. Each student will also get the opportunity to fly in a real plane.
Each year students are selected to receive the Top Gun and Super Top Gun Award! These awards encourage our students to strive to do the best they can and learn as much as possible. CNASA camp is for students who are in grades 5-12.
The CNASA program will be offering a limited number of scholarships to deserving students to attend our exciting camp! Chickasaw students from across the country who are interested in attending will have the opportunity to embark on this exciting endeavor. If selected as a scholarship recipient, all travel costs, lodging and food will be provided. All applicants must complete the required components of the application in order to be selected. CNASA is a day camp. Participants will need to be dropped off each morning and picked up each afternoon - unless you are a scholarship recipient.
