This program offers a one-time grant of up to $3,000 to help with the down payment and/or closing cost to purchase or refinance a home.

Required documentation can be sent to the Housing Counseling and Loan Services Department.  An applicant should know within 24 hours if he/she qualifies.

• Must be a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation
• Must be on the loan application
• Must be approved for home loan
• Primary residences only
• Cannot own investment property
• If refinancing, loan cannot be a cash-out
• Must provide HUD-1 settlement prior to closing
