This program provides assistance to low income citizens to make their homes handicapped accessible. This assistance is a grant up to $5,000 paid directly to a citizen living at large and the contractor of their choice.

• Required application
• Chickasaw citizenship card
• Last year’s filed income tax return (all household members 18 years of age or older)
• Copy of warranty deed
• Verification of disability

• Must be Chickasaw
• Low income (80% or lower U.S. median income)
• Home must be primary residence
• Approved form of disability verification
