The Diabetes Care Center exercise room is available to all diabetes patients and their support person(s). People who exercise regularly have better blood sugars, blood pressures and cardiovascular health.

The Diabetes Care Center's Exercise Consultant can meet with patients to design a program that will be safe, realistic and beneficial to the individual.

Locker room and showers are available for patient use.

• hand weights
• fitness videos
