About

This program provides long-term positive differences in the lives of children by focusing on the total development of the child. The Chickasaw Nation Child Care Center is a year-round facility. The Center operates from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Center will be closed on holidays observed by the Chickasaw Nation. Prior notification will be given in the event of other closings.

Information concerning emergency closings due to inclement weather can be obtained by calling (580) 436-7223.

Mission: To focus on children's total growth and development.

You Provide
  • Immunization records
  • CDIB for the child
  • Citizenship certificate
  • Completed application
Eligibility

Children must be six weeks to four years of age. Applicants associated with the following will receive preference for admission into the program: children in foster care or protective services; children who are mentally or physically challenged; children who are assisted through low income/assistance programs and Native American children. Admission is dependent upon program openings.

Resource and Referral Program
The Chickasaw Nation Child Care program offers a resource and referral program for those interested in information on child care. The program has material available for check out that is related to the growth and development of early childhood. It will also provide information pertaining to questions and different child care topics of interest.
