Chickasaw Nation hosts "Baby Steps" Walk April 2

The Chickasaw Nation is hosting "Baby Steps" -a walk to raise awareness to the needs of newborns born into poverty- at 10 a.m., Sat. April 2 at the Ada Chickasaw Nation Wellness Center, 229 W. Seabrook, in Ada. Donations of new baby item such as diapers, bottles, blankets and socks will be accepted and donated to a local hospital maternity ward and given babies born into poverty.
