Time to clean out the garage? Don't put that old stuff on the curb just yet. The Chickasaw Nation recently announced the Chickasaw Nation ReUse Center will open on Jan. 5 in Ada.

"The Chickasaw Nation ReUse Center will be a place where people can donate used items that they no longer want as well as pick up needed items and materials. There will be no charge for this service," said Linda Robins, director of Environmental Services for the Chickasaw Nation.

In order to build up inventory, the Chickasaw Nation ReUse Center will accept donated items from Dec. 28-31 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the center, located at 2205 N. Broadway. Businesses, civic and community groups and individuals will be able to drop off used building materials, office equipment, electronics, house wares and furniture.

The Chickasaw Nation ReUse Center will be open to the public on Jan. 5.
