Native business owners eligible for SBA strategic growth, networking program

Native American small business owners interested in expanding their businesses are encouraged to apply to the free Emerging 200 program.

An initiative of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the e200 program enables the business owners to develop a strategic growth plan as well as provides them with the networking opportunities and resources required to build a sustainable business.

Business owners or decision makers at Native American small businesses in operation for three years or more, with more than one employee and annual revenue of $300,000 or more are eligible to apply.

The 13-session e200 program will include more than 60-hour classroom trainings on financial analysis, sales strategies, human resources, market development and many more.

Classes will be conducted at Northeastern State University campus site in Broken Arrow, Okla., April – November 2011. Space is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.
