Raised in the late 1920s in Marlow, Okla., Pearl’s life drastically changes when she befriends world renowned pilot Wiley Post and develops a deep love for flying. This newfound love for the air attributes to Pearl becoming the youngest pilot in American aviation history. This Chickasaw girl rises above adversity, takes on responsibility and, with the guidance of her father, holds fast to her 'never give up' attitude.
"Pearl" is a production of the Chickasaw Nation and is a family-friendly film that is suitable for all ages. The film received four out of five doves by The Dove Foundation, which rates films based on family values.
