This mosaic was composed by Clyde H. Spencer of Bio-Geo-Recon, a member of the US Geological Survey retail Business-Partner Program. The mosaic is a simulated, natural-color image using Landsat 5 TM bands 2, 4, and 5 - mapped to blue, green, and red (respectively).


The original images used to create the mosaic were purchased from the US Geological Survey. Details of the original USGS images are as follows:
